We currently live in Wales in the UK and enjoy many holidays at our second home, Casa Yaiza. Due to work commitments, we are unable to spend as much time as we would like there and have decided to open it up to our friends, family and the general public, in hope that they enjoy our villa and Playa Blanca as much as we do.

About our property

Casa Yaiza offers a fully acclimatised private pool, with gardens enjoying views across the Ajaches Mountains and is located 800 metres from Playa de Papagayo beach. Our well-appointed, single storey, fully licensed villa is simply decorated with contemporary furnishings and ceramic tiled floors throughout.
